FAQ

  • What's in the box? Pawty in a Box has 6 exclusively designed party sets made specifically for your dogs Birthday or Gotcha Day Party!  You can select a party box of 4 or 8, depending on your guest count.  All of our decor items are shipped to you so we take the stress out of planning the part!  Super cool, right?

  • Are there any edibles/treats in the box? No, we stick to decor, that's what we are good at!

  • Can items be personalized? At this time we do not offer customization, but this feature will be available in the near future. 

  • Can you add a gift note? Absolutely, we would be happy to include a hand-written note, just let us know what you want it to say.  No invoices with prices are included in our boxes.

  • Can I add on additional items to my box? While we are not able to add on any additional items to your box, we do offer our boxes in a range of different sizes to accommodate a dog birthday party of 4 or 8 guests!

  • What form of payments do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

  • When will my order be shipped? Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days with the exception of holidays (unless overnight shipping is selected). If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you right away.

  • What if my package is damaged during shipping?  Our pawty boxes are packaged carefully so everything is protected, however, we have no control over mail carriers in transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged during shipping but because we value you as a customer so please email us about this issue immediately at pawty@pawtybox.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Do you ship internationally?  Yes

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Yes.  Complaint needs to be filed & shipped back to us within 24 hours of when shipment was received.  You are responsible for returning the item and taking caring of shipping costs, if everything is returned in its original package (with all packaging inside unopened and untampered with) we will refund that item(s). If the package is not in its original package the item will not be refunded.  We DO NOT refund for shipping. If you have a complaints or are dissatisfied please email us at pawty@pawtybox.com.  Please allow 24 hours for a response.
